RedMR Mobile Application Terms of Service
“RedMR Mobile Application” is operated and owned by bma Catering Management Limited and contains material which is derived in whole or in part from material supplied by RedMR and other sources, and is protected by copyright and trademark and intellectual property laws. All rights, including copyright, in the Content of RedMR Application are owned or controlled for these purposes by bma Catering Management Limited and its subsidiary companies or affiliate or licensors.
Access to and use of RedMR Mobile Application is subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

Disclaimer of Warranties
You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Service/Content provided by RedMR Mobile Application is at your sole responsibility of risk. The Service/ Content is provided on and “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. RedMR Mobile Application and affiliates expressly disclaims overrides and excludes all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, arising by law, custom, prior oral or written statements by RedMR Mobile Application (including, but not limited to any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose).
RedMR Mobile Application assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any member communications or personalization setting. In order to use the Service, you must obtain access to the World Wide Web, either through mobile network data transfer (e.g. GPRS/EDGE/3G etc) or other wireless internet service (e.g. WiFi), and be responsible for any service fees associated with such access. In addition, you must provide all equipment necessary to make such connection to the World Wide Web, including a mobile phone and other access device.
RedMR Mobile Application makes no warranty that (a) the Service will meet your requirements, (b) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (c) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable, (d) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations, (e) any errors in the software will be corrected.
Any material download or otherwise obtained through the use of RedMR Mobile Application is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your phone system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.

Termination
You reserve the rights to terminate the use of RedMR Mobile Application at anytime. RedMR Mobile Application reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that RedMR Mobile Application shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of that Service.

Copyright
RedMR Mobile Application respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask RedMR Mobile Application users to do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide RedMR Mobile Application the following information:

1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest;
2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
3. A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on RedMR Mobile Application;
4. Your address, telephone number, and email address;
5. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in you Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

Information Security
You acknowledge and agree that, RedMR Mobile Application and affiliated companies does not endorse and is not responsible or liable, directly and indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of other World Wide Web sites, accessing external resources or applications that are incompatible to RedMR Mobile Application.
Any information retained in RedMR server logs will be maintained and protected in accordance with the RedMR Privacy Policy. RedMR Privacy Policy does not cover information that you send to third party does. Though RedMR Mobile Application and affiliated companies are responsible for protecting the retained information from you, since absolute security cannot be guaranteed for international internet connection and data transferring, therefore, you are the sole responsibility of the person for all risk associated with the products and services provided by RedMR Mobile Application.

Public Content posted or distributed on RedMR Mobile Application
You acknowledge that RedMR Mobile Application does not pre-screen Content, but that RedMR Mobile Application and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or (re)move any Content that is available via the Service. Without limiting the foregoing, RedMR Mobile Application and its designees shall have the right to remove any Content that violates the Terms of Services or is otherwise objectionable. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such Content. Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the Hong Kong Administrative Region or the country in which you reside. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, of any portion of the Service/ Content, use of the Service/ Content, or access to the Service/ Content that provided by RedMR Mobile Application.

Privacy Policy
bma Catering Management Limited shall handle all personal data submitted through “RedMR Mobile Application” in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. RedMR will record visits via RedMR Mobile Application without collecting any personal identifiable information of Users. Such general statistics are collected for the compilation of statistical reports are the diagnosis of problems with or concerning computer systems to help RedMR improve RedMR Mobile Application service.
